Scary Acres reserves the right to refuse admittance to anyone. You will be denied admittance if you appear to be intoxicated. You are not allowed to bring any alcohol, food or drink onto the property. No weapons of any kind are allowed on the property. No flashlights or camera equipment is allowed in any of the Attractions. You may not touch the actors or props. The actors in turn will not touch you unless by accident, which does happen in the dark on occasion. If you do not follow these rules you may be asked to leave the premises without a refund.

You are cautioned to attend Scary Acres if you are pregnant, claustrophobic, wearing crutches, have a heart condition, respiratory problems, or back pain. Conditions at Scary Acres may be dark, damp or wet; lighting may be low or strobed in some areas.

Your admission ticket is a revocable license and may be taken from you and admission refused without refund of purchase price. The holder of this ticket understands that there is inherent risks involved with attending Scary Acres. The holder voluntarily assumes all risks and dangers associated with participation at Scary Acres. In consideration and acceptance of entrance into Scary Acres, the holder agrees to release the operator, its parent corporation, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, volunteers and landlord from any liability, harm, injury or death, or cost or expense whatsoever that may arise directly or indirectly from attending Scary Acres or any of the Attractions at the Scary Acres location.
